Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager at GTES, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation's success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment: Identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to meet the needs of our clients and partners.
- Human Resource Management: Supporting and nurturing our employees to ensure their success and satisfaction in their roles.
- Community Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with schools, community organisations, and stakeholders to promote our services and expand our reach.
- Travel: There will be some travel required for site visits around the region, and a modern pool car (based at the office) is available for this. A clean driver’s licence is a must.
- Administration: Proven Experience in administration and a clear understanding of compliance is needed for you succeed in this role.
