Due to their exciting global growth strategy, they are now looking to hire this new Senior Client Services Manager role that will have a variety duties across their clients and the Financial Services industry partnering closely with the senior leadership team in Australia and overseas.
As manager of the Client Services team, this new Senior Client Services Manager role will be focused on a variety of challenging day to day duties, ensuring exceptional client service for all maters over the investor lifecycle including including client onboarding, transitions, reporting and enquiries. Your challenge will be to collaboratively work with the global leadership team on the continued best practise client relationship management.
To be successful you will have proven Client Services Management exposure, with previous leadership and client relationship management exposure from either the Financial Services or investment management industry with a hands on proactive communication skills to interact successfully with senior levels of the business. Previous investment management product experience with a understanding on how this may impact key financial service clients with a proactive initiative interpersonal skills will be highly regarded.
