Established in 2014, we are a self-licensed, boutique financial planning firm located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, and we are currently experiencing strategic growth. To support this expansion, we are seeking an experienced admin superstar to work closely with the team, including supporting the principal adviser and a junior adviser. We have a small but high touch client base, servicing primarily pre retirees and retirees, including SMSF's & HNW clients. We have meaningful and long-term relationships with all our clients.
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to take on the role of Senior CSM in the business. This role would be suited to a career CSM, with aspirations to become a Practice Manager.
Preferably, you will be located in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, however you can be located anywhere in Australia (except WA) to apply for this role.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients and delivering exceptional service
- Preparing paperwork and documentation for client meetings
- Submitting paraplanning requests and managing paraplanning pipeline
- Overseeing client files and submissions for simple file implementation
- Preparing submissions for complex implementation
- Escalation point for administration related client matters
- Checking the submission of all client applications and recommendations
- Responsively handling client inquiries
- Note taker in client meetings
- Generating innovative ideas to enhance the business in line with our continuous improvement journey
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in CSM role within a Financial Advice Practice.
- RG146 or Diploma/Adv Diploma of Financial Services
- Understanding of popular advice strategies (TTR, recontribution, pension transfer and reset, account transfers, contributions strategies) and requirements for processing of recommendations.
- Familiarity with Panorama and North highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of the financial planning process.
- Strong team ethic and self-motivated.
- Tech savvy with excellent command of O365 suite and financial planning software
- Exceptional organization and time management skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ability to build new relationships and establish rapport with clients with ease.
- Ability to escalate matters to relevant parties and achieve desired outcomes within SLA’s.
