Your New Role Looks Like This:
Sitting within Client Services, the Senior Client Relationship Manager is responsible for leading a team of Client Relationship Managers, whilst also managing their own portfolio of clients (a mixture of complex financial administration and trustee clients).
As a manager, they are responsible for supporting their teams to manage their portfolio of clients and work through issues that may arise. In consultation with the Head of Client Services, the Senior Client Relationship Manager is also responsible for the allocation of new matters to team members based on individual capabilities and development goals.
Key Responsibilites Include:
- Mentor and Support Client Relationship Managers, ensuring all staff are equipped to perform their roles to the best of their ability
- Lead by example and role model the aspired Leadership behaviours to develop and retain high quality team members
- Ensure all client accounts are established within Process Roadmaps and risk/compliance frameworks
- Effectively manage the end-to-end Client Relationship, ensuring the implementation of processes to ensure key stakeholders associated with the client are engaged appropriately and adequately
- Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the responsibilities and duties of an Administrator and Trustee appointment
- Seek opportunities to improve existing processes for the benefit of the business and clients, and lead process improvement initiatives within the team as required
Please note that this role is open to Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney Markets
About You:
- Strong experience within a trustee business
- An excellent knowledge of client administration
- Sound understanding of financial principles, including investment approaches and asset classes
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Guardianship and Administration Act 2019; Administration and Probate Act 1958 and the Privacy Act
- Capacity to acquire knowledge relating to the administration of trusts, and financial administration legislation in all jurisdictions
- Exceptional communication, with the ability to communicate to build relationships
- Proven leadership experience
