About the role
As a Senior Clinical Lead OT, you will work with our Practice Principals, Practice Manager and Performance and Development Manager to support and lead a team of 12 Community OTs.
This includes supporting the growth and development of each OT, including new and recent graduates, in addition to driving a high standard of clinical care amongst the team.
The role suits an OT with previous leadership and mentorship experience, or an experienced OT ready to take the next step in their career.
You will be able to reflect our practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence in all that you do.
You will be familiar with Home Care Package and NDIS funding models and in providing OT assessments and interventions in the community setting.
You will work alongside a variety of healthcare professionals and other stakeholders involved in clients’ care.

Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for:
- Occupational Therapy degree, with General AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, preferable in Community, NDIS or Homecare.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Exceptional observational and report writing skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team; and ability to work autonomously in the community
- Full working rights in Australia
- Clean driver licence, access to own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or able to obtain.
- Willing to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application.
