Senior Clinical Psychologist
This is a Permanent Part Time appointment at 45.60 hours per fortnight.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: Within a multidisciplinary and professional team context provides a specialised clinical psychology service requiring a high level of knowledge, experience and competence to admitted consumers and their families presenting with comorbid mental health and psychological problems as part of the Bidi Wungen Kaat Service. Provides specialised consultation, education and supervision to Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Psychology Registrars and Trainees. Also provides specialised level of consultation, liaison and education to other health professionals in areas including complex and severe mental health and psychological disorders. Practices as a Clinical Psychologist and ensures practice is in accordance with laws and ethical standards governing psychological practice as per the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) and EMHS values, policies and guidelines.
Area Profile: Bentley Health Service (BHS) is a specialist hospital located 11km from the Perth CBD and forms part of the Royal Perth Bentley Group. BHS provides quality healthcare to the community, specialising in the delivery of mental health care, aged care services, obstetrics, and rehabilitation.
