- Provide discipline specific assessment, formulation and treatment in individual and group formats.

- You hold a Masters or Doctoral level qualification in Clinical Psychology with practice endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.
- You have, or are working towards, board approved supervisor status.

Selection Criteria Essential: Registration as a Psychologist under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act (2009) with practice endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.
Essential: Demonstrated experience in providing psychological and psychosocial assessments and interventions, individual and group
Essential: Knowledge of Area Mental Health services and appropriate evidence-based interventions/management of high risk and complex consumer behaviour
Essential: Understanding of practical application of the Psychologists Code of Ethics
Essential: Board approved supervisor status (or working towards) with eligibility to supervise psychologists undertaking the registrar program for clinical endorsement.
Essential: Demonstrated capacity and initiative to work with limited direction.
Essential: High level of reliability and professional conduct
Essential: Understanding of legislation pertinent to the provision of mental health services and in particular the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act and of policies and strategic directions of Public Mental Health Services.
Essential: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to problem solve, negotiate and communicate with staff, consumers and other service providers.
Essential: Ability to work with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds within a recovery-based service delivery framework inclusive of gender sensitivity and family-based practice.
Desirable: A current Victorian Drivers' Licence and capacity to drive work vehicles.
