We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Trial Coordinator with a passion for making a difference in medical research to join as a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator to manage and coordinate a portfolio of oncology and haematology Clinical Trials, including complex trials, ensuring patient safety and protocol compliance.
You will be leading the management of multiple complex Clinical Trials, overseeing treatment administration, patient appointments, sample collection, and safety monitoring and play a crucial role in collecting and analyzing accurate data for the safety and efficacy analysis of trial interventions.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth patient journey, providing informed consent discussions, managing patient care, enhancing recruitment strategies and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Clinical Trial investigators, and cross functional stakeholders contributing to cutting-edge research across various therapeutic areas.
This is a great opportunity to take on a senior role in managing complex Clinical Trials, leveraging your expertise to address challenges and drive continuous improvement. Ideally, we are looking for you to bring:
- 3 years of Clinical Trial management experience from either an academic setting or CRO/Pharma and working on Investigator Led research;
- Experience managing complex Clinical Trials, particularly in phase I oncology, with a track record of high recruiting and fast recruitment.
- Working knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, ethical practices and regulations, uphold responsible research conduct and provide high-quality Clinical Trial service
- Ability to work autonomously whilst managing competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
This is an office-based position, located in Macquarie Park. The salary package includes 17 % superannuation, a flexible working arrangement of 35 hours work week/ 9 days fortnight and discounted parking on site.
