What you'll be doing
Blacktown Medical Oncology Research (BMOR) is a rapidly expanding unit and conducts phase I – IV sponsored and investigator-initiated trials. It employs a large team of highly qualified and experienced staffs.
The purpose of this position is to assist the Trial Unit manager and Medical Oncology Staff Specialists to manage, monitor and report on the workload and workflow of trial teams. This role has a focus on mentorship and training of team members, allocation of studies and patients to team members and ensuring there is adequate staffing to meet workload demands.

Selection Criteria: * Tertiary qualification in a health or discipline or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
- Extensive experience in Oncology Clinical Trials.
- Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven high levels of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands/workloads.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
