We are looking for a Senior Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer to join our client's Infrastructure and Communications team. Within this role you will be responsible for delivering high-level technical support, development, and management of core infrastructure, Cloud and Online platforms, security systems, and applications across all our client's sites. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting with the delivery of key systems and initiatives. Key skills required include M365, Exchange, Exchange Online, SCCM for M365 Apps deployment.

Your day at NTT

• Assist the Cloud and Infrastructure Manager with development and execution of roadmaps and lifecycle plans for technology platforms.
• Strive for sustainable technical and operational excellence, innovating and optimizing services for improved efficiency and reduced risk.
• Work within a skilled and committed ICT team to deliver timely service to our client's business, understanding and anticipating their needs and priorities.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks to the efficient, sustainable, reliable, and secure operation of the technology platforms.
• Participate in problem management, incident management, and capacity management processes.
• Provide 'hands-on' technical support and troubleshooting for all systems within the portfolio, including after-hours infrastructure support.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

• Experience in a similar position and/or technical knowledge with M365, Exchange, Exchange Online and SCCM for M365 Apps deployment.
• Proven demonstrable, advanced experience with Cloud technologies such as Azure, Exchange Online, etc.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM) and scripting and automation skills, particularly in PowerShell.
• Proven experience with Active Directory, Identity Management, Entra ID.
• Experience with administrating VMware environments highly regarded, as well as experience with Enterprise storage and Servers.
• Understanding of contemporary Cybersecurity principals, trends, and controls.
