The Role
The Engineering team is responsible for the delivery of infrastructure, applications & services to support the growth, security & availability, alongside design of solutions & architecture.
The role contributes to the technical roadmap & to improvement of solution delivery.
About you:
Stand out candidates will come from an ecommerce / On-Line platform type organisation where you have been involved in building backend systems to run online. A focus on Cloud & System Engineering (SQL, IIS, support application deployment teams (all bespoke & online within Fintech) and configuration), cloud integration and deployment, and corporate tech (Active directory) will stand out!

• Whilst you have ‘big’ or ‘enterprise’ level experience, you are keen to work for a business setting up their function due to massive expansion!
  
  • Your Strong knowledge of ICT technologies include:
    • Cloud experience (GCP, Azure or AWS) - deployment
    • Windows Server administration and engineering including Server 2012/16/19, AD, IIS & SQL Server
    • VMWare and Linux advantageous
    • Knowledge of hardware platforms including DELL Servers and SANs
    • General understand Network fundamentals (DNS, VLANS, Load balancing, Switching and Firewalls) (although there is a separate team)
