As a member of the Global Technology Services (GTS) division, you will contribute to all aspects of the technology products and services we deliver, from technical strategy and design to coding to deployment to operation. As a Sr Systems Engineer, you will help the Cloud Compliance platform team to define and automate Cloud Security Controls reporting to help accelerate Cloud migrations. You will solve problems, design, implement and maintain solutions in a DevOps environment.
We’re interested in hearing from people who
Have good experience in engineering as DevOps, Cloud Engineer, Software Engineer or SysOps
Are passionate about DevSecOps/Automation and possess a keen interest to solve complex problems in a systematic approach.
Understand Cloud Security Controls and Compliance best practices
Have good communication skills (verbal and written).
Have a growth mindset and can drive continuous improvements.
Tech skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
Good system design/architecture knowledge
Possesses hands-on Cloud technical experience (AWS preferred)
Strong understanding of API development and integrations
Hands-on experience of programming in languages such as Python, Go or similar.
Hands-on experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions…)
Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices with specific focus on the following concepts: source control, CI/CD, automated testing, logging and monitoring.
