Programmed Property Services are seeking a Project Manager to join our Brisbane grounds team. This is an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of a dynamic team delivering top-notch grounds and maintenance services to a wide range of commercial retailers such as BP, AMPOL and FedEx. Covering areas from Brisbane up to Toowoomba this dynamic position is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships while managing the day-to-day of our site-based teams.

Location: Brisbane - Toowoomba
Reporting line: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an excellent relationship with our clients
- Manage and deliver projects across the contract
- Organise and plan subcontractors and internal labour for the projects
- Arrange all materials and equipment for site
- Deliver contract reporting when required
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to budget
- Focus on customer satisfaction and profitable project delivery for the team
About You
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have experience managing site-based teams with a background in horticulture preferred and be driven to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft suite
- Provide care and empathy to our site-based teams
- A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
