AddressJoin our team as a Senior Collections Officer forging meaningful connections with our valued clients and stakeholders. You will deliver a high standard of customer service, working autonomously to deliver Collections results for individual client portfolios.
In this role, you will;
- Manage a portfolio of Collection files
- Inbound/Outbound calls and other correspondence to recover funds
- Skip tracing and updating file details
- Following up any settlements as required
- Recommending appropriate legal action when required
- Regular communication with client/s to provide progress updates, discuss issues
What you'll bring;
- Experience in Collections - Portfolio Management OR late-stage recoveries
- Experience liaising with legal teams and making recommendations
- An understanding of relevant legislations
- The ability to work autonomously
