Senior Payroll officer with iChris/Chris 21 experience required for Leading Logistics company.
This role can be a fulltime or 6-month contract position depending on your preference or availability.
Working as a Senior Payroll Officer you will be part of a supportive and growing team responsible for the timely and accurate end to end weekly processing of payroll for a leading National company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with weekly payrolls across multiple sites, ensuring all staff are paid in a timely manner.
- Interpretation and adherence to industry award rules and rates
- Reconciliations
- Calculation and management of superannuation contributions, PAYG, payroll tax and Workers Compensation
- Processing of Workcover and Paid Parental Leave payments.
- Setting up new starters, terminations and updating employee records
- Establishing relationships with Operational managers across the business and HR
- You are proficient with Time and Attendance systems.
- End to End Payroll processing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Approachable and positive personality
- Experience with iChris/Chris 21
- An organised nature and time management skills are a must.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure, complete and accurate of information always.
- Ability to be self-motivated and driven to work independently and determine and action the correct response/solution.
- Ideally experience within Logistics/Blue Collar
