The Opportunity
Are you passionate about shaping the future of education? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Education Officer to join our team at Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute (BDI)!
As a Senior Education Officer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Monash BDI Education portfolio's strategies and initiatives. You’ll work within our team across course administration and teaching administration, with a particular focus on student experience and engagement. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional service to stakeholders, and actively participating in continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage complex administrative tasks with precision and efficiency
- Deliver high-level service to stakeholders, ensuring prompt issue resolution and compliance
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities and maintain quality standards
- Provide expert advice and support to staff, academics, and students
- Support various education-related processes and contribute to policy development
Key Selection Criteria:
- Relevant degree or extensive experience in administrative roles
- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
