- Insights & Business Performance
- Business Initiatives
- Marketing (fixed-term contract role for 12-months)
- Merchandise
- Support the Commercial Finance Manager by enhancing the cyclical rhythm of monthly forecasting and annual budgets for each business unit. This will include GL analysis, reconciliations and reporting
- Analyse and assess capital expenditure for each cost centre including PIR (Post Implementation Reviews)
- Work closely with the respective business unit on business case modelling for several strategic projects
- Performance analysis regarding Sales, Margins, and Expenses in relation to Return on Investment
- Provide strategic advice to key business stakeholders through analysis and reporting insights on recommended actions
- Experience working in a similar role, experience working in areas of Retail, Marketing or Supply Chain advantageous
- Ability to take a commercial mindset when approaching problems
- Strong Financial modelling capabilities
- High-level of interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders, with proven experience in business partnering
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
- Detail-orientated with the ability to drive efficiencies through day-to-day transactional processes
- Ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines
- Qualified or part-qualified CPA or CA
