We are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager. The role focuses on the management of the current portfolio, working with an engaged, driven and collaborative team to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike. We are driven to maximise the performance of our clients' assets by working with our clients to develop and implement Commercial Property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency. We are a passionate team with a strong market presence and industry leading systems and marketing.
With experience in property management, you will also have a proven ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships. The ability to communicate with people at all levels will be crucial (both written and orally) as well as good business and financial acumen
You will be accountable for:
- Building and maintaining great relationships with landlords & tenants
- Conduct rent reviews, reconciliations and rental collection
- Ensure our clients buildings are run efficiently and strategically
- Maintain our portfolio of buildings, both proactively and reactively.
- Implementing and maintaining our management systems
- Assist to grow our portfolio
About you:
- Proven experience in Commercial Property management, including a thorough understanding of common Commercial Property leasing practice, legislation, procedures and terminology
- Proven ability to manage complex property portfolios and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current legislation and compliance related to commercial real estate.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent time management, communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, problem solve & prioritise.
- A team player but also can work independently.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic & genuine drive to achieve.
- Willingness to develop & grow within role.
- Real Estate software knowledge an advantage
- Professional presentation
- Strata experience preferred
To excel in this position, you will ideally have:
- Tertiary qualification in either property, business or accounting plus a current real estate license or certificate of registration.
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in strata management
