Additionally, you'll oversee property operations, ensuring tenant compliance, conducting inspections, and fostering stakeholder relationships to optimise the overall portfolio performance.Are you someone with? Tertiary qualifications in real estate or a related field; NT registration license; Past experience in Commercial and/or Industrial property management (highly desirable); Experience in Retail property management (not essential but desired); and Experience managing budgets and other financial aspects expected in a property management role.
