What could your day-to-day entail?
As a potential Commercial Property Manager with us, you would assume responsibility for various commercial and industrial properties as directed by the company. Your day-to-day involvement will encompass a range of administrative tasks, from financial reporting and budget management to debt recovery and tenant relations. Additionally, you'll oversee property operations, ensuring tenant compliance, conducting inspections, and fostering stakeholder relationships to optimise the overall portfolio performance.
Are you someone with?
- Tertiary qualifications in real estate or a related field;
- NT registration license;
- Past experience in Commercial and/or Industrial property management (highly desirable);
- Experience in Retail property management (not essential but desired); and
- Experience managing budgets and other financial aspects expected in a property management role.
