Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking aSenior Community Support Worker to join the team at Karingal Green Home Care on a part-time basis; and play a crucial role in maintaining the well-being and comfort of our Home Care clients and Support staff.
Reporting to our Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for training and mentoring our Community Support staff, setting up and maintaining care for our more complex clients whilst still providing domestic support, assisting with meal preparation, medication, transport, social supports and engaging in meaningful interactions that brighten their days.
You will also be part of our crucial team in the office by assisting with setting up new DVA clients, delivering support plans to our Home care package clients and provide flexible assistance to our office team.
Now, to ensure our clients at Karingal Green Home Care get to experience your brilliance, it is essential you possess:
- a Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
- a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- influenza vaccination
- own vehicle and full driver's licence
- full working rights in Australia
