You are an individual that enjoys partnering with others to develop a strategy, estimation & managing project risks. Main duties include:Effectively planning and preparing tender responses with the support of junior Bid Management membersUnderstanding the tender documents, scope of works and commercial elements of contracts with the support of our legal councilUnderstanding our client’s needs and meeting their strategiesWorking closely with the Business Development and Operational Delivery teams to develop strategiesPutting our best foot forward with proposalsKey Selection Criteria:Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferredDemonstrated experience in construction tender submissions / estimation, or as a civil, water or sewer engineer, or Quantity SurveyorHigh level of IT proficiency, computer literacy, MS Office SuiteEffective communication skillsPerks and BenefitsAs a crew, we’re honest, reliable, competent and respectful.
