Who we’re looking for?
Do you have…
- 2-5 years of consulting experience (top-tier, mid-tier, or boutique) with a focus on strategy, transformation, operations, human capital, business improvement, or supply chain.
- Experience working in project environments and well-developed project management skills.
- Consulting skills such as structured problem solving, meeting and workshop facilitation, proposal writing, presentation skills, and the development of compelling narrative.
- Ability to write and speak clearly and convincingly, along with proficiency in producing client-ready deliverables in both PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to excel in complex stakeholder environments.
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- Australian Citizenship.
- Ability to travel within Australia.
