Our specialised Digital Banking Team understand the modernisation and digitisation needs of the banking industry. We have a deep understanding of the banking industry and have a breadth of complementary skills across banking strategy, operating model, business and solution architecture, engineering, and delivery.
Within specialist teams, we go sector and domain deep while orchestrating the right people, process, and technology to make the future real. You will be exposed to the entire spectrum of opportunities from consulting and strategy to engineering and delivery. This is a unique opportunity to help define the bank of tomorrow by combining banking industry expertise and an understanding of the disruptive technology landscape to develop strategies and operating models that enable our clients achieve their objectives.
We partner with clients to help them solve the wickedest problems and also to re-imagine tomorrow. Our clients trust us to support them through periods of change and help them deliver on complex challenges to their business, from project inception to completion. Not only will you be involved in defining solutions which deliver specific business and technological outcomes, you will have a key role in influencing clients devise their strategic journeys. Great communication skills are essential as you will be engaged across senior client roles helping solve complex business problems and day-to-day engagement management.

You have had exposure to Banking and are looking at growing a career focused on this space. You are excited about thinking strategically, and happy to get your hands dirty; you are the kind of person who likes pulling your weight and operate at your best when you feel that you are making a tangible and positive difference.
We are looking for someone with:
2 to 5 years’ experience in a client facing/advisory role, either in-house or in a Consulting environment
2 to 5 years’ solid and proven experience in driving banking strategy with a lens on technology
Experience in delivering complex transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle from strategy to execution
Experience in business case development with a clear understanding of cost and benefit levers and providing comprehensive recommendations
Experience in developing formal reports and presentations to be presented to key stakeholders
Highly effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills with experience collaborating across key technical and business stakeholders, and building strong, trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and ideas into simplified, structured solutions
Solid analytical mindset supported by a quick learning ability to deliver quality outcomes with pride
Strong and adaptable business storytelling, workshop design, facilitation and presentation skills
A drive to challenge the status quos to provide clarity and improve the overall outcomes for our clients A natural flair for teamwork: proactive with a willingness to get your hands dirty and get things done and values success of the team.
Curiosity to learn and passion to develop others as well
An understanding of banking technologies including cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP)
