Now we just need you.A real endeavour, shaped by youAs a Senior Consultant, your role will involve providing valuable input and actively contributing to the planning and execution of client engagements. This includes developing comprehensive work plans, effectively managing projects, and efficiently allocating resources.In addition, you will have the chance to enhance your business development skills, cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth. This expanded focus will enable you to play a pivotal role in building connections and expanding our client base.To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

• Assume responsibility for overall project/engagement planning and administration, with oversight and support from leadership.
• Work on a diverse range of projects spanning Defence and other sectors to effectively meet client requirements.
• Identify innovative and creative solutions to analyse information quickly and efficiently, addressing problems effectively.
• Assist senior team members in supervising and coaching less experienced team members during engagements, as needed.
• Contribute to the development of proposals, business cases, and thought leadership initiatives when not assigned to a specific project.

A real endeavour, driven by youOur work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

• Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
• Experience contributing to client engagements including related business development activities
• Relevant Degree qualifications
• Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form.
• You must hold a current NV1 security clearance or higher.
