About the Job
PMG is expanding and so is our teams! We are seeking a talented and vibrant Senior Mobilisation Coordinator/Lead to join the team in Belmont. This is a full-time position where you'll be expected to coordinate new and current employees to site as well as lead a team of 4 mobilisation professionals. You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all mobilisation tasks and supporting team members with training and development
- Coordinate mobilisation for new and existing employees across multiple sites and projects
- Manage all aspects of mobilisation including booking flights, medicals, inductions, accommodation and transportation
- Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and expenses ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Cross checking qualifications and tickets are compliant according to PMG's standards and site requirements
- Contributing to PMG's continuous improvement in improving processes and procedures
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in the mining and resources sector.
- Ability to delegate tasks appropriately.
- Experience using training, mobilisation or planning software
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Great time management, organisation and coordinating ability
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, work in a team and think outside the box
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a full medical, drug and alcohol test
