This position is part of the Strategic Leadership and Talent team whose work is all about having the very best people working in and leading the sector because that means even better services for communities.
The team is designing and rolling out exciting initiatives at the forefront of Leadership and Talent thinking to develop the capability of all staff across the sector.
Our team now needs someone until 31 January 2025 (with the possibility of permanency) who is passionate about Leadership and Talent management and is up for the challenge of setting up a new initiative.
As a priority you’ll support the planning of a brand new talent management approach for the sector and its practical implementation as well as be involved in evaluating its success taking into account data and insights.
You’ll also support agencies to implement and manage formal measurement of its impact in the sector.
