The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with experience in leading large scale change projects to join our team in Brisbane on a contract basis. Client delivery will be a combination of virtual and in person.
Typical responsibilities will encompass:
- Lead all organisational change activities for the project/program.
- Develop an organisational change strategy and communications plan which ensures effective engagement for a wide-ranging stakeholder group and to create a plan that fulfills their needs.
- Assist in the creation and subsequent leadership of business change teams/change champions that will be responsible for the effective delivery of business change activities.
- Ensure that the products and services created are designed and delivered in a way that produces effective and sustainable behavioural change for the stakeholder groups.
- Assist in the creation of practical tools and models for the ongoing management of operational change.
- Enable and oversee training requirements associated with the organisational change.
- Facilitate regular and effective communication (through a variety of modes) to relevant project stakeholders.
- Design and conduct evaluations and ‘lessons learned’ workshops.
The Person:
- Strong 'hands on' background in HR / Learning and Organisational Development / Organisational Psychology
- Demonstrable practical experience as an Organisational Change manager leading major organisational transformations
- Solid understanding of the human and emotional elements associated with transformation that occurs within organisations - knowledge of cognitive psychology and social neuroscience models would be highly regarded
- Proven capability in working and communicating with a broad and diverse range of stakeholder groups which includes all levels of executive management and operational teams in order to deliver organisational change
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Change Management methodologies and practical toolkits
