An excellent opportunity exists for a Senior Contaminated Land Professional experienced in Contaminated Land investigation and management to join our Brisbane office to work on a wide range of projects including high-rise commercial and residential building developments, large industrial and infrastructure, and complex built and natural environment challenges. The successful applicant will enjoy a fully supportive team and professional environment driven by excellence and experienced in successful practical and innovative engineering applications.
As an experienced professional you will be involved in undertaking consulting work across all aspects of the business from proposal writing, project management, technical documentation and reporting, providing senior level technical advice to clients and liaison with clients, contractors, wider professional team members, Contaminated Land Auditors and Regulators. You will also be encouraged to develop your own professional skills through participation in industry focused training. Our focus as a multi-disciplinary consultancy will give you great exposure to all aspects of the Contaminated Land / geo-environmental industry.
The successful applicant will possess:
- tertiary qualification in environmental science or engineering (or closely related);
- in excess of 10 years experience in the Contaminated Land profession demonstrating practical application of technical knowledge and project and client management;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- exceptional attention to detail;
- excellent time management skills and ability to meet commitments;
- the ability to work autonomously and in a team; and
- the ability to mentor early career professionals in a collaborative workplace environment.
