As a Senior Content Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping government services and information to be easily understandable and readily available to all.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team through the different stages of service design and delivery.
- Design and implement content solutions that meet best practice usability and accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Provide editorial review, support, and assistance to cross-agency web publishers.
- Advise on information architecture, interaction, and interface design.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce content that meets user needs and business goals.
- Plan, collaborate and deliver packages of work with a number of agency and SSQ content teams.
- Demonstrate experience designing customer-centric content solutions, including planning, design, testing and delivery.
- Utilise effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills to facilitate open communication and feedback channels with stakeholders to understand and meet their expectations and needs.
- Confidently present executive narratives as well as detailed findings and designs to delivery teams.
- Collaborate within a team with the ability to assist, coach and share information with others, while being receptive to coaching and learning opportunities.
