Your new role
As our Senior Content Design Officer, you will lead content writing and design projects to deliver customer-focussed content on external websites, intranets and other online channels
Key responsibilities:
- Leading content writing and design projects to deliver customer-focussed content on external websites, intranets and other online channels
- Providing advice and direction about online content, accessibility requirements, industry guidelines and whole-of-government website standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of communication and engagement practices and procedures, and to ongoing content review
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with management, subject matter experts, colleagues, stakeholders and other government web teams
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience maintaining websites, intranets and other digital products using modern content management systems (CMS), analytics and forms platforms
- Experience leading, planning, designing, coordinating and implementing technical solutions to deliver customer-focused and engaging web experiences
- Ability to provide advice and options on issues and trends relating to technical web development services/solutions to deliver effective, accessible, user-centred, standards-driven digital solutions
- Ability to develop and maintain technical policies, standards and administrative procedures for web publishing and design
