Senior Content Management Specialist

As a Senior Content Management Specialist you will leverage Adobe Experience Manager and Spark to provide best in class digital experiences that will deliver banking you can feel good about for our customers.You will lead and deliver Content Management initiatives while working in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure the Suncorp Bank's customer facing website and intranet adhere to best practice and are optimised for success.What you'll do

• Lead and deliver content updates across the Suncorp Bank intranet
• Document findings, learnings and recommendations
• Drive innovation and opportunities within the AEM Cloud Service
• Implement website updates and lead authoring projects and initiatives
• Implement website tests using Adobe Target
• Knows and clarifies what's expected, taking accountability to resolve problems and set high personal standards to deliver timely results in a changing environment.
• Proactively helps identify risks and issues
• Educate stakeholders on intranet best practice and optimisations

What you'll bring

• Tertiary qualification - desired or relevant industry experience
• Experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Experience cloud tools
• 5+ years of experience operating within a digital / eCommerce environment
• Track record of strong team collaboration to deliver digital solutions with proven business outcomes.
• Proven ability to deal with and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organisation
• Knowledge of digital internal communication channels
• Knowledge of Java Script, CSS and HTML with an ability to understand and edit scripts
