Senior Contract Administrator/Contract Manager

About the role:As a senior CA for the business you will:

• Let and vet effective contracts in the builders favour
• Assess project risk and manage project cost against budget.
• Engage with suppliers, sub-contractors, clients and colleagues
• Handle progress claims and variations for the projects duration
• Management of head contract pre-construction and throughout the construction process.

  Your background:

• Ideally you have 4-6 years contract admin experience in the commercial construction space
• Strong communication skills
• A problem solving attitude
