This transition to SMHS will occur in August 2024. Peel Health Campus is a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth on the doorstep of the south-west, known for its stunning beaches, internationally significant wetlands, and some of Australia’s most spectacular waterways for boating, fishing and wildlife. It originally opened in 1988 as the 32-bed Mandurah District Hospital, and now operates with 206 licenced beds, bays and treatment areas. Transitioning the hospital to public hands paves the way for the hospital’s redevelopment and service transformation to meet the needs of the Peel-Murray region.Our vision is Excellent health care, every time. You can read more about SMHS in our Strategic Plan .The Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for undertaking contract management, as well as ensuring compliance to all relevant procurement policies. The Senior Contract Manager will also monitor the status and performance of contracted services delivered to Peel Health Campus.
- The initial focus of this role will be to prepare and facilitate the transition of Peel Health Campus from Ramsay Health Care to South Metropolitan Health Service.
- This role will be based across both office locations- Myaree and Mandurah until mid-August 2024, then at Peel Health Campus following transition.
