SENIOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Our client is a leading force in the construction industry, with an impressive portfolio of multi-residential and commercial projects. As their step into an exciting new chapter with fresh projects on the horizon, they are thrilled to expand their team with an exceptional Senior Contract Administrator.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with a Project Manager, learning from the best in the field.
• Manage the full life cycle of contracts, from inception to closeout, on multi-residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain clear and open communication with subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, and other team members to facilitate the smooth execution of contracts.
• Support the monitoring and management of project budgets, tracking expenses, change orders, and variations.
• Play a key role in the success of an expanding team, as they tackle exciting, innovative projects.

You will need to have:

• MUST have 8 – 10 years of experience in a Senior role for multi-residential and commercial projects.
• Have studied construction or related field.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to project delivery.
• An exceptional attitude, always ready to embrace challenges and opportunities. Attitude is everything!
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and an innate ability to build and maintain relationships.
