The role
Provision of quality support services in accordance with Regional Council corporate plans, agreements, policies and relevant legislation.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND CAPABILITIES
- Supervision, oversight and administration of program services.
- Provision of quality program services, ensuring services are delivered in line with plans and budgets.
- Liaise with community, contractors, staff, management and stakeholders on issues relevant to program operations and service plans.
- Delivery of projects and work plans, provide detailed, regular reports on project/program status, risks, budgets, contingencies and timeframes.
- Financial Management, monitoring costs to ensure that services and projects can be completed within budget allocation.
- Manage, supervise, train and mentor staff, ensuring that Council policy is consistently applied.
- Ensure that all worksites, and equipment are safe and compliant with WHS obligations, conduct regular inspections of sites.
- Coordinate materials and resources ensuring procurement guidelines are met.
- Ensure safety for yourself and others in the workplace, engage in an effective and proactive health, safety and wellbeing culture.
- Any other reasonable duties delegated by the Supervisor which are within level.
