Our client is a top tier premier law firm who is recognised as leaders in the field. Being a market leader in Alternative Legal Services, they are looking for a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join their award winning team, based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
The Role

• Provide support on the following matters:

• Assets management and financial services
• Capital markets
• Merger & Acquisitions
• Outsourcing and commercial contracts
• Nurture Junior candidates
• E-discovery, due diligence

• Support internal and external teams by embracing Legal technology and reviewing processes to increase efficiency

What you'll need

• 4+ years' corporate / M&A experience,
• Excellent technical skills
• Interest in joining a team that is at the forefront of legal innovation, technology and efficiency
