The Opportunity:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Clients team in Perth. This is a 6-month FTC, from Feb 2024 to July 2024 with the potential to extent this engagement for the successful candidate pending business need.
As Senior Creative Designer, you will contribute to a collaborative culture of design excellence and creative consulting within your local creative studio and the National Creative Services team. You collaborate closely with colleagues in the Brand & Clients Team, other Urbis Business Units and external Urbis clients to achieve success with communication skills, creative flair and technical excellence. You will contribute to engagement between creative services and other Business Units in your region, with inclusivity and accountability.
You will:
- Produce engaging and impactful visual communication solutions in response to client requirements;
- Continually seek and define ways to improve client service and output, sharing and developing ideas and solutions with peers to leverage collective expertise;
- Contribute to engagement with offices within your region and local project managers to understand potential workflow and to identify opportunities for the team to contribute;
- Ensure all artwork has been reviewed before sending to internal and external clients;
- Monitor the commercial performance of projects you lead and communicate with project managers as needed;
- Positively contribute to team culture;
- Monitor and report on your creative workflow, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of projects;
About You:
- A tertiary qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or similar, is preferred.
- Additional qualifications, study and experience in related disciplines such as industrial design, multi-media, architecture, photography or fine arts are desirable
- A minimum of 3 years in a designer role
