About the role
This job could be based in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne or Brisbane.
The role is primarily responsible for channels and activities at the top of the digital marketing funnel, including campaigns, forms and landing pages.
Working with the Divisional Marketing Team tasks and responsibilities include:
- Building customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) that deliver personalised messages (email, push, SMS).
- Experience controlling marketing contact frequency and recency rules across multiple campaign activities.
- Understanding the end-to-end execution of email-driven campaigns from build using html and AMPscript, to testing and deployment, through to reporting and campaign insight to brief technical teams to deliver on campaign goals.
- Collaborating across multiple stakeholders and brands to plan and schedule key bodies of work in a prioritised schedule of development, review and test touch points.
- Provide regular reports on campaign analytics to ensure ROI is tracked and activity regularly optimised.
The person we seek will ideally have the following:
- At least 3 years' experience in a SFMC customer journey strategy and campaign management role.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.
- SFMC experience with Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Einstein and Automation Studio.
- Experience with Datorama or another report building system would be highly regarded
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, coordinating activities between business units, marketing teams, and brand delivery teams.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey business unit requirements and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
