The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Global Customer Marketing team is looking for an energetic, passionate professional with strong skills in go-to-market execution, communication and project management. This position will support the planning and execution of compelling customer engagement and marketing strategies to drive customer value and growth among key enterprise accounts in Australia and New Zealand, plus the wider APAC region.

Success in this role will be assessed based on the ability to build and bring to market integrated customer engagement programs, events and go-to-markets aligned to key global and regional business priorities resulting in increased engagement among key customers and more unlocked revenue opportunities. A key enabler for success will be deep understanding and application of customer insights to marketing programs, effectively managing local market agency suppliers and strong collaboration with internal partners spanning global & regional marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive demand for and adoption of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions - launch integrated customer engagement initiatives that increase the understanding and adoption of the full LMS product suite within our priority customers in specific markets
  • Build the marketing strategy and execute on key customer engagement initiatives in partnership with Sales and other x-functional partners including, but not limited to, executive engagement, content, digital marketing, research, events (virtual/hybrid/physical), gifting and sales enablement
  • Partner closely with regional and global Product Marketing, Vertical, Content/Social, Corporate Communications and other regional and global marketing teams to unlock opportunities for leverage, scale and operational excellence
  • Elevate local and regional market and customer insights and perspectives with global marketing teams to develop global/regional/local frameworks
  • Measure and provide regular business updates to management on marketing's impact on customer value and account growth
  • Own the execution of local market event strategies that enables us to engage key customers either 1-2-Few or at scale
  • This will may require remote project management of local event/marketing agencies and sales partners to run and create impactful, consistently on-brand customer engagements
  • Some travel will be required

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience of working within a B2B marketing role and organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years total work experience
  • Ability to frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively
  • Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional teams to align around and achieve shared objectives (product, marketing, sales, insights, agencies etc.)
  • Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results
  • Excellent grasp of B2B marketing and digital marketing
  • Budget and vendor management experience
  • Proven track record of analyzing and optimizing campaign performance and generating insights to increase customer acquisition and retention
  • Outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
  • Desire to grow as both a strategic marketer and also orchestrate tactical components of integrated marketing campaigns and events
  • Hands on experience in running customer events (virtual and physical) and multi-channel targeted campaigns (including digital marketing and digital, content, web marketing, PR and media) to grow and upsell within accounts
  • Excellent project management skills and able to influence partners in a fast-moving yet matrixed / cross-functional organization, aka "a people person" with the skill to build and maintain relationships to achieve shared goals and drive measurable results
  • Experience working with stakeholders and managing suppliers in multiple markets (ideally across Australia, New Zealand and wider APAC region) with ability to tailor and/or localize regional marketing GTMs to local customer and market needs
