ResponsibilitiesThis position lies at the core of our operations and encompasses a range of responsibilities crucial to our efficiency and success. These responsibilities will include;
- Oversight of all general administrative tasks
- Guide the application process for contractor fleet and carries
- Initiate purchase orders and ensure precise and timely order processing
- Collaborate with freight carriers for punctual deliveries
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders
The successful applicantWe are looking for a detail oriented, costumer focused individual with a minimum of three years' experience in a
Customer Service Administration or Management role. You will have a passion for effective customer engagement and the ability to consistently deliver positive service outcomes.Something about youThe successful candidate will have proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in the realm of document management and task execution. In addition, excellent communication skills, both in terms of interpersonal interaction and conflict resolution, are paramount. While prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.Furthermore, a background in the Agriculture and Ag Service industry is seen as desirable, as it underscores an understanding of the sector's dynamics.
