The Position
This is a critical role based in the Customer Service team where you will:
- Establish and develop relationships with clients
- Liaise with customers and the internal team
- Monitor and update clients with shipment status and exceptions
- Recognise opportunities to develop further business
- Calculate and negotiate rates as required
- Provide assistance and resolve customer complaints regarding service issues
- Assist managers and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Visit customers with sales representative to establish close relationships
- Well developed Freight Forwarding experience
- Ability to identify and meet customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial attitude
- Corporate presentation and willingness to work autonomously with support from operations team
- Full working rights within the Australian market essential
- Autonomous role, with great support from Sales/Operations
