About the Role
The Shire of Murray is seeking a Senior Customer Service professional capable of delivering a high-quality service experience to ratepayers, the general public and staff.
As this role is the first point of contact for Shire of Murray customers, the successful candidate is required to display qualities of professionalism, patience and a solution-focused mind-set to ensure service delivery standards and customer expectations are achieved.
This is a full-time role, working 76 hours per fortnight. An EBA Level 5 salary range between $73,308.14 to $77,136.50 per annum will be offered dependent skills, knowledge and experience.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have previous experience working in frontline Customer Service roles, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of cash handling and administrative procedures is ideal, and an ability to manage and prioritise tasks is essential. Previous experience in a Local Government environment will be highly regarded.
