Senior Customer Service Officer

Senior Customer Service Officer required for a 2-month assignment within a State Government organsiation.

Your new role 

You will be responsible for:

• Develop comprehensive case management strategies to efficiently process high volumes of complex cases within a legal and regulatory setting. 
• Implement customer-centric approaches to address and resolve complex complaints, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Establish effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders for the resolution of safety-related matters and criminal charges.
• Apply critical analysis and decision-making skills to high-risk situations, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to urgent issues. 

What you'll need to succeed 

Previous experience in Customer Service and case management will lead you to success, as will:

• Customer Centric Focus: Cultivates and maintains effective relationships with customers.
• Problem-Solving skills: Utilises operational guidelines, knowledge, and experience to solve problems. Scans for relevant information, identifies underlying causes, and proposes alternative actions to clients.
• Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with others, actively understanding their issues. Suggests appropriate courses of action based on individual needs.
• Written Communication: Produces a variety of standard written documents. Ensures clarity of information and tailors’ language to the intended audience. Strives for a shared understanding and addresses customer needs.
• Teamwork: Collaborates effectively within the team to achieve work plan objectives.
