With branches all over Victoria, they are vital in servicing their immediate community and the wider state by ensuring road safety for all licenced drivers and registered vehicles. They are currently seeking applicants from experienced Customer Service professionals to join their site in Colac in the capacity of a Senior Customer Service Officer.
Your new role
The role is responsible for resolution of Registration & Licencing (R&L) customer enquiries raised within Customer Service Centres, in a manner that is timely, efficient, compliant with policy, and meets Customer Service experience expectations.
The role is also responsible for the conduct of customer appointments to support driver licence testing and registration services.
- You will be responsible for engaging with customers waiting to assist them with transactions.
- You will be the first point of contact, greeting all customers, directing and assisting them with queries.
- You will be responsible for resolving and responding to a wide range of Customer Service queries and fees/transactions, as well as licence processing.
- This will be a face-to-face environment.
- You will be rostered between 20–38 hours a week, during the business hours of 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
- You will be cross-trained as a Licence Testing Officer, which involves computer licence testing, but also going out on the roads with learner drivers on a pre-determined test route.

- Provide guidance and development of less experienced employees.
PREREQUISITES:
- Current and valid driver licence.
