Join a small, friendly team as a Reservations Coordinator & Marketing Assistant for a short term property management company in managing 500 rooms & holiday homes across Greater Sydney in the hospitality sector. All candidates with prior experience in related industries with a friendly and outgoing personality are welcome to apply.
Work Schedule:
- Monday: 12:30PM - 8:30PM
- Tuesday: 8:30AM - 7:30PM
- Wednesday: 12:30PM - 8:30PM
- Thursday: 8:30AM - 7:30PM
- Friday: 12:30PM - 7:30PM
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and directing incoming/outbound guests and clients and providing a high standard of professional customer service
- Handling and directing all inbound calls, and actioning outbound calls as required
- Monitor incoming and outgoing emails/messages, and actioning as required
- Coordinate inspections, appointments and bookings
- Engaging and sending out of work orders to contractors or staff
- Collection of payments and sending out of invoices
- Performance of small office tasks, and managing deadlines
- Develop, Maintain and Management of Marketing Materials
- Perform Market Research & Execute Marketing Strategies
- Customer Relationships & Reviews Management
- Regularly Develop, Manage and Review Marketing Information for Online Listings
- Content Creation
- Management of Internal and External Marketing Materials for Listings
- Assist and support property managers in carrying out administrative duties
- File and document management
- Maintain petty cash records and financials
Essentials:
- Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in customer service or similar role
- Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in marketing
- Experience and knowledge in any real estate, hotel, accommodation industry will be highly regarded but not required
- Background in Marketing (Education or Work Experience)
- Preferred high-level computer skills and knowledge
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
- Demonstrate a high degree of customer-first initiative
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Demonstrate a high-level of problem solving
- Excellent ability to work within team
- Ability to learn, adapt and continue development in the workplace
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication
