Your Business:
The Cyber Services Technology group protects the bank and our customers from theft, loss and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk.
Your new team:
The Cyber Security Technology team is responsible for ensuring we RUN and operate the technology that Cyber have invested into with high standards.
The CBA Privileged Access Management Crew work in a high velocity, collaborative environment to achieve a common goal based on CBA's cultural values.
Your impact and contribution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues related to identity and access management.
- Proactively monitor the platform's systems and related infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Respond to and troubleshoot incidents related to the platform and related systems.
- Mentor and train other IT professionals on the use and administration of the platform and related systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
- Oversee and review configurations that is being deployed into the platform leveraging automation with a focus on operational excellence.
We are interested in people who have:
- You will have strong experience in CI/CD, Ansible, GitHub, Team city (or Jenkins), Artifactory and Octopus is desirable
- Cloud technology (e.g. AWS, Azure) and entitlement management experience
- You can articulate business value through visualisation tools and applicable data points.
- Experience with Cyber Ark and broader IAM products ( Sail point IIQ, Ping) would be highly desirable.
- Secrets Management experience (specifically Hashicorp Vault) is desirable
- A passion for automation, orchestration and leaving nothing to be manual.
- Experience in Linux and/or Windows administration.
Desirable:
- Knowledge in Privileged Access Management and Cyber Ark
- Proven experience in working in an Agile high paced operations team
- Active Directory and Linux/Unix Server Administration experience
