About this opportunity
Reporting to the Data Services Lead, this role is responsible for applying specialist knowledge of master data management and data warehousing concepts which supports the enterprise business reporting and data analytics. You will be responsible for assessing proposed changes to data structures and implementing database designs to support business requirements for data acquisition, integration, transformation, storing and presentation.
** This role can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth locations **
How do you exceed our expectations?
You will have at least 5 years' experience performing a similar role ideally within a financial services organisation or in an environment with large volumes of data.
Additionally, you will have:
Demonstrated strong experience in SQL and Power BI;
Demonstrated experience in Data Modelling and Data Integration; design, development and operational support of Data Warehouse Systems using Microsoft SQL Server stack;
Strong knowledge of ELT or ETL;
Experience with complex data migrations and data matching practices;
Knowledge of MS Azure cloud environment (desirable);
Knowledge of Snowflake data warehouse (desirable); and
The ability to work in an Agile environment
