Vectiq are looking for experienced Business Process Mapping Consultants to work as part of a collaborative and highly motivated team. This role is not just about improving processes but about your professional growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Process Mapping, be Holocentric certified, and possess familiarity with commercial leasing Business Processes. Lean Six Sigma qualified.

Responsibilities
- Process Analysis and Documentation: Identify leasing processes that require improvement.
- Document existing processes thoroughly. Analyse gaps between current processes and desired outcomes. Design new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal areas to understand and document process steps. Engage with external stakeholders and service providers to gather insights and feedback.
- Metrics and Reporting: Develop operational and performance metrics for commercial leasing Business Processes. Create necessary tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms to support process improvements.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate activities of project teams and partners involved in process improvement initiatives. Communicate progress, escalations, and issue analysis to relevant stakeholders.
- Process Improvement Techniques: Work closely with the Director of each business areas to develop and implement process improvement techniques. Present key findings to enable various areas to evaluate the improvements to operations.
- 1-4 years of experience in Business Process Mapping or management consulting.
- Able to work with minimal direction and promote an open flow of information so that stakeholders are well informed.
- Proficiency in Process Mapping software.
- Ability to adapt and impact decisions within and outside the organisation.
- Effective influencing tactics and strategies.
- Process outcome thinking to determine benefits and results for the business.
- Demonstrates a proven ability to exceed customer expectations and incorporate customer service into all aspects of your work.
