We make a difference and we're #SoUnTelco in everything we do.If you want to make a difference, then this is the place for you!The RoleThe Customer Solutions Engineer role facilitates the delivery of customer projects generated by the Macquarie sales team.You would be a member of Service Delivery and be responsible for the technical approval, micro design, implementation and quality of a customer's project from post sales to operations. \nWhat you will be doing
- Ensure project's technical design and implementation are delivered with a heightened focus on quality
- Work with your team to service customer projects from sales, online orders and standard and non-standard design approvals
- Approve, design and implement changes to existing and new complex data and hosting solutions across our broad product range
- Achieve customer project commitments within scheduled timeframes
- Strong practical knowledge of routing and switching protocols (examples: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, and STP), LAN redundancy technologies
- Knowledge of MPLS, Firewall and SDWAN (Preferable, not mandatory)
- Experience reviewing and approving projects
- Qualifications in either Engineering or Computer Science (or related field)
- CCNA and / or JNCIA (or equivalent) - this is mandatory
- 3 - 5 years experience across a broad range of data technologies, SIP / Voice
- A genuine passion for working with customers and finding unique solutions for their businesses
